How an order runs
Five steps, and one of them is yours.
Step three is where most orders stall. Sign the sample off promptly and the rest moves.

Send your logo
Email artwork to sales@territoryuniforms.com or bring it in. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best; a high-resolution PNG or JPG is usually fine.

We digitise it
Your logo is rebuilt as a stitch file, set up for the garment and placement you've chosen. A one-off cost per logo.

You approve the sample
We stitch it out so you're looking at the real thing. Nothing goes into production until it's signed off.

We run the order
Garments are decorated in the workshop. We call you when they're ready to collect, or we deliver.

Reorders skip the setup
Your stitch file stays with us. Next time, just tell us the sizes.

Artwork
What digitising actually is.
Embroidery can't read an image file. Your logo has to be rebuilt as a stitch path — deciding direction, density, underlay, and what happens to fine detail at chest size. We do that here, which is why small text and thin lines come out readable instead of turning to mush.
We don't design logos from scratch, so artwork needs to arrive ready to use. What we will do is adapt it for fabric: resizing, simplifying detail that won't survive stitching, and matching colours to thread. Send it through and we'll tell you what needs changing.

How long does embroidery take?
Stock held in the Winnellie store can be embroidered without waiting on freight. Uniforms ordered in from a supplier typically take two to three weeks to arrive, with decoration once they land. New logos add time for digitising, and name personalisation adds a separate setup per name. Lead times are a guide only.
Can you embroider garments bought elsewhere?
Generally, no. We decorate garments we have supplied. Fabrics from other suppliers are often unsuited to decoration, and we can't carry the risk of damaging a garment we didn't sell. What file format do you need for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the best result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works too. Artwork needs to be supplied ready to use, but we can adapt it to suit stitching.
Do I pay for digitising every time?
No. Digitising is a one-off setup for each logo. We keep the stitch file, so reorders skip that step entirely.
Can each staff member have their own name embroidered?
Yes. Individual names, position titles or both can be added alongside your logo across a team order.
Do you do printing as well as embroidery?
Yes — full colour heat transfers and sublimation are done in house, and screen printing is arranged through local partners. Embroidery suits logos on shirts, caps and jackets; printing suits large or photographic designs. See all our branding services.
