The design isn't on the fabric. It is the fabric.
Sublimation prints dye directly into polyester fibres before the garment is cut and sewn. There's no layer sitting on top, so nothing to crack, peel or trap heat — which matters in a Darwin build‑up. Below are standard polo concepts to work from.
Why choose sublimation
Colour is free
Embroidery and screen print cost more with every extra colour. Sublimation doesn't — gradients, photographs and full‑colour artwork all price the same as a single tone.
Edge to edge
Panels are printed flat before assembly, so the design can run right across seams, sleeves and collars. Nothing has to stop at a print area.
It won't wear off
The dye bonds into the fibre rather than sitting on it. No cracking, no peeling, no fading at the wash — and no heavy print panel to sweat under.
Design concepts — quote the sample number when you call
