Australia Post delivery
We send orders by Australia Post Parcel Post. The cost is worked out from the total weight of your order and is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships
Items we hold in stock at our Darwin warehouse are usually ready within a few business days. Items ordered in from our suppliers generally take 2 to 3 weeks to reach us before they can be sent out.
Embroidered, printed and personalised items take longer, because each logo is set up and sewn in our Darwin workroom after the garments arrive. We will let you know the expected timing when you order. For a firm date on a large or urgent order, please contact us first.
Returns and refunds
Territory Uniforms complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Customised products, including embroidered, printed, altered or personalised items, cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
- If a product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, we will assess a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Please report any shortage, incorrect item or damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
