Can I get our logo on any of it?
Nearly all of it. Embroidery, screen printing, heat press and sublimation happen in our own Winnellie workshop rather than going interstate and coming back a fortnight later. Send the artwork once and we digitise it; the file stays here, so every reorder stitches the same. More on how we decorate.
What is actually held in Darwin?
Core ranges — the shirts, trousers, polos and hi-vis that Territory crews get through. Those you can usually have the same week. Anything outside the core comes from our suppliers down south and takes freight time on top. We give you a date when we quote, not after you have ordered.
Do you set up business accounts?
Yes. An account gets you agreed pricing, an approved item list so staff can only order what you have signed off, and the ability to reorder straight from what you bought last time. Apply for a trade account.
How do we get sizing right for a whole crew?
Every product page carries the manufacturer's own size chart rather than a generic one, because a size 97R is not the same garment between brands. If you are outfitting a crew, talk to us before you commit to a run — it is cheaper than reordering half of it.
