What is the cheapest way to put our name on a team?
A cap. It is the lowest unit cost of anything we brand, it needs one logo position rather than several, and it is the item people keep wearing off site — which is where the advertising actually happens.
Will our logo fit on a cap?
A cap front is a small, curved panel, so fine detail and thin type can close up in stitching. Send us the artwork and we will tell you before you buy whether it needs simplifying, rather than after you have seen a sample you do not like.
Do you brand bags?
Yes. Embroidery on most canvas and polyester panels; print where the fabric or the panel shape suits it better. Which method works depends on the bag, so we will tell you what that particular item takes.
Sun protection — cap or wide-brim?
A cap covers the top of the head and not much else. A wide-brim or bucket hat covers ears and the back of the neck, which is where outdoor crews here actually get burnt. Where a manufacturer rates a fabric to AS/NZS 4399 for UPF, that rating is on the product page.
