Which style takes a logo best?
A structured cap front gives the flattest, most stable panel to stitch on and holds the shape of a logo. Unstructured caps and bucket hats stitch fine but the design sits softer. Send us the artwork and we will tell you which style suits it.
How much detail can a cap hold?
Less than people expect. Fine lines, small type and gradients close up in thread at cap size. Most logos need a simplified stitch version, which we make once and keep on file — it is the same file used on your shirts, so the two match.
What about sun protection?
A cap leaves ears and neck exposed, which is where outdoor crews here burn. Wide-brims and bucket hats cover both. Where the manufacturer rates the fabric to AS/NZS 4399 for UPF, the rating is on the product page.
Minimum order?
Lower than most people assume, because the digitising is a one-off cost rather than a per-item one. Ask us for a price on the quantity you actually need rather than the quantity you think we will insist on.
