Where do corporate uniform programs go wrong?
Two places: a single garment shape that suits nobody, and a fabric chosen in an air-conditioned showroom. Offer a range across both blocks in one colour family, and pick easy-care fabrics that survive the walk from the car park in February.
How many pieces per person?
Three to five tops and two bottoms covers most office roles. Front-of-house roles that meet the public every day usually need more tops, because they are the garments that show wear first.
Logo or no logo?
An embroidered logo turns clothing into a uniform, and on fine shirting it needs the right backing to sit flat. If your brand has a subtle mark, a tonal stitch reads more corporate than a full-colour one.
Can we add new starters later at the same price?
That is what an account and an approved item list are for — the garment, the colour, the placement and the price stay fixed, so someone starting in a year gets the same uniform as the person who started today.
