Choosing women's workwear

Is this just men's workwear in smaller sizes?

No. The ranges here are cut on a women's block — different shoulder slope, bust shaping and rise. A small men's shirt fits nobody well; it is the single most common complaint we hear when a workplace buys unisex to keep it simple.

What is available in women's hi-vis?

Shirts in long and short sleeve, taped and untaped, plus coveralls and hi-vis pants. Untaped is day-use, Class D under AS/NZS 4602.1; taped adds retroreflective tape for low light. The range is smaller than the men's equivalent — if you cannot see what you need, ask, because suppliers carry more than we list.

Do you do maternity?

Yes, under Women's → Maternity — corporate tops and pants designed to be worn through a pregnancy rather than bought a size up and hoped over. Uniformed workplaces often forget to allow for it until someone needs it.

How do we size a team without everyone trying things on?

Go by the manufacturer's chart on the product page and measure over what will actually be worn underneath. Where a workplace has a mixed fit-out, order a small first run before committing to the whole group.
